Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused
In the same condition as received
With all original tags and packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Items must be returned in fully resalable condition, including all accessories (e.g., dust bags, tags) and original packaging.
Footwear (e.g., sandals) must be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid marks or damage.
Items that are damaged, worn, or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellations & Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Important Notes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the shipping cost.
Refunds will not be processed while the item is still in transit.
